How We Do What We Do

Through conferences, quarterly seminars, leadership training, access to capital (Lending4Change) and through media avenues like our International Social Action Film Festival and our radio program, At Work in the Community, the Center for Social–Profit Leadership provides the requisite support systems for an expanding and essential group of entrepreneurs -- those dedicated to addressing pressing social issues through the use of free-market principles.

Working in concert with corporate and foundation contributors, the Center for Social-Profit Leadership will assist budding Social Entrepreneurs, by providing them with the tools necessary to help assure their success in addressing our society’s most pressing needs in a fashion that is self-sustaining.

Through its academic, corporate, and social-profit alliances, networks, and contacts, CSPL will supply its clients with an unprecedented base of support because the people who founded the Center: Ron Schultz, Janie Nobel, and Steve Farber, operate within each of these spheres of influence.

Knowing how to help Social Entrepreneurs accomplish their goals and address their needs is a service that will greatly benefit the disadvantaged communities and societies these social entrepreneurs wish to serve and the institutions with which it is affiliated.
